How many riders are in a team?
There is no minimum number for a team, except if you compete in a Team's Time Trial (which requires a minimum of 3 riders).

What categories are there?
Junior Male: Years 7, 8, & 9; Junior Female: Years 7 8, & 9; Senior Male: Years 10, 11 & 12; Senior Female: Years 10, 11 &12.

Will a school have a better advantage if they have more riders?
With the new points system, a team is awarded 1 point for every competitor they enter.

How does a school win the overall championship?
A points system applies to each event and the school accumulating the most points across the event will be awarded the Overall School Championships.

What about insurance?
The promoters will obtain a blanket insurance coverage for all novice competitors in the event. Competitors who hold a current CA license have insurance coverage through this.

What do equipment/gear restrictions mean?
For the Road events, you will need to use standard road racing equipment (ie no mountain bikes will be allowed). A gear restriction means that you are not allowed to use a bigger gear than nominated. Please check the gear restriction guidelines and ensure your bike falls within these. A random roll-out will be performed to check gears on the day.

Is there an entry fee?
Yes, there is an entry fee per discipline which is listed under each event.
