General Rules

  • Entry fees are as follows:
    • Jnr Category U13/U14/U15 - $20 (inc gst) per event entered
    • Snr Category U16/U17/18&U - $25 (inc gst) per event entered
  • Teams may not be made up from mixed schools.  A school may enter a team of one or as many students as desired.  Our entry system will categorise riders into teams to allocate team points.
  • Please note if a student is “expert" (or licensed) or "novice" (unlicenced) in a cycling discipline so they will be put into the appropriate race.  For example a student may be expert in road but novice in mtb.  You will be provided with a worksheet to collect your entry information.
  • Students may attend the event with parents/guardians with the permission of the school.
  • Cycling rules apply in each of the racing disciplines, so please refer to the  EVENT information for specific rules.
  • Entries will open on January 28, 2012 and close at 5.00 pm on March 16, 2012. You will have 3 days to make any corrections to your entry.
  • An entry is not deemed accepted until payment has been made.
  • Once you have collected your registration at the event, a student may be disqualified if entered in the incorrect category.  We ask that you double-check this information prior to finalising your registration as above.
